It's really scary that Graham seems to have thought this through a lot more than Holder has, yet Holder is the one who makes the decision.
Yeah...you're right. The thing is though, I'm convinced this decision by Holder/Obama was purely political in nature. They did it to embarrass the Bush administration, throw some red meat to their base, and maybe try to impress some foreign countries that we shouldn't be trying to impress. I don't think the administration has really thought through the national security implications because, sad to say, I don't think they really care.
Oh, yeah, and Holder seemed kind of dumbfounded. "It all depends...it depends...blah blah blah." With all the times he said that word, I thought I was watching a commercial for adult diapers.
