NOTE: As Some Dude pointed out in the comments section, this is a doctored photo. But I think it effectively mocks the Democrats for their celebration of abortion at their convention, and therefore I would describe it as "fake but accurate."

I'm not sure how I feel about this cover. I read that this is a doctored picture and that the signs in the original said the slogan "Forward". Now, I am sure that most (or all) of the people there are in favor of abortion, but this seems dishonest to me. At first, I thought it was a real picture. This seems a little too much like the crazy-eyed Michelle Bachmann cover to me. Conservatives publications should leave the lying and distortion to the liberals. (Unless said "distortion" turns the election for Romney. Then I will consider it "fake but accurate".)
Yeah, "fake but accurate" seems about right to me. I understand your point but I'm going to leave it up anyway. The entire Democratic convention was a celebration of abortion and I think the cover is intended to make fun of the Democrats for that.
